I mean... There aren’t any good Protons on sale right now, I can say that because the brand returned to my country after 15 years and they still make forgettable cars. It’s like asking for Maruti-Suzuki’s or Lada’s to make a comeback. I’d still have them over some Chinese brands though.

Yes and currently they only sell the Prevé and they have preorders for the Exora, the thing is that they are bland cars for similar prices to Mazda’s 3 and 5.

They are doing the whole “Handling by Lotus” and “Turbo engines” thing which is cool but it adds cost to the car and it will be difficult to choose them over a Ford or a Mazda.

The Iriz looks cool but with the high prices I would say a Suzuki Swift or a base Skoda Fabia would be better choices.

The Préve and the EXORA are some pretty boring picks, I won't lie. Also, the Iriz price is extremely cheap compared to both the Swift and Fabia in Malaysia. Blame high import duties.

Are those body color exhaust? And Buick taillights? I think the front is overwrought, but the view from behind is actually pretty nice. That roofline is Jag XJ reminiscent.
